At MIVELIA, we stand behind every garment we sell. We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
1. THE 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any reason. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
2. SIZE EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS
If your garment does not meet your size requirements, we offer a seamless exchange:
- The Process: Contact us at Contact@mivelia.com to initiate the exchange.
- The Swap: Once we receive and inspect your original garment at our facility, we will immediately dispatch the new size/product to your address.
- Condition: Items must be unwashed and in original condition to qualify for a size exchange.
3. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, including:
- Change of Mind: Not satisfied with your purchase — return it within 30 days.
- Wrong Size: The item does not fit — we accept returns or exchanges.
- Damaged/Defective: The product arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
- Not as Described: The product significantly differs from the description or imagery on our website.
4. RETURN PROCESS

- Authorization: Items sent back without a prior "Return Authorization" will not be processed.
- Inspection: Upon reception, our team will inspect the item. If it shows signs of wear or damage not previously reported, the return may be denied.
5. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund is initiated immediately.
- Duration: The refund process takes 10 business days to complete.
- Method: Credits will be applied automatically to your original payment method.
- Note: Financial institutions may require additional time to post the transaction. If you have not received your funds after 15 business days post-approval, please contact our support team.
6. DAMAGES AND DISCREPANCIES
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at Contact@mivelia.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns on:
- Items marked as "Final Sale."
- Gift cards.
- Items that have been altered or tailored post-purchase.
8. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet our original condition requirements.
