This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed for delivery within the United States of America (USA). All MIVELIA garments are fulfilled and shipped from our facility in Longwood, Florida, USA.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that delivery times may vary slightly depending on local courier handling. Our commitment is to provide a seamless, transparent, and reliable shipping experience for all U.S. clients.
A. Shipping Costs
- Complimentary Standard Shipping: We provide Free Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.
- Taxes: All prices displayed on our platform are final and inclusive of applicable sales tax.
B. Processing & Transit Timeline
- Handling Process: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Transit Duration: 2–3 business days.
- Total Delivery Time: 3–5 business days from order placement.
- Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM (GMT-5), Eastern Time.
- Note: Orders placed after 12:00 PM will enter processing the following business day.
C. Carriers
We ship via trusted domestic carriers — including USPS, UPS, and FedEx — to ensure every order is fully tracked from our facility to your door. Tracking information will be sent to your registered email immediately upon dispatch.
D. Address Modifications
Address modifications must be requested within 24 hours of order placement via Contact@mivelia.com. Once a shipment has been dispatched and assigned a tracking number, the delivery address cannot be altered.
E. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at no cost prior to shipment. Once the status transitions to "Dispatched," cancellations are no longer possible. For post-delivery resolutions, please consult our Return & Exchange Policy.
F. Damage in Transit
If a package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible. If you receive a damaged package, notify our support team within 48 hours at Contact@mivelia.com with photos of the damage so we may initiate a priority replacement.
