You warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that all billing data is complete. We accept payments via Stripe, which supports Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders are shipped from our facility in Longwood, Florida, USA. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carrier delays or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the items to our carrier.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services and all materials (trademarks, brand name, logos, text, and imagery) are owned by MIVELIA LLC and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Reproduction or distribution of any material without written consent is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to pricing and availability, and to cancel orders if any information is found to be inaccurate at the time of purchase.

In no event shall MIVELIA LLC or its directors be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be settled exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Seminole County, Florida.
